Lilly Pulitzer neon shift dress 10yrs Brand New

I adore Lilly Pulitzer.  Whenever I go to the USA I always stock up on her amazing unique and crazy print clothes. So when this came in from one of my sellers, I knew exactly the brand from the distinctive print. 
This print- neon pinks, yellows, greens and blues.......
Super easy to wear shift dress with little tie bow at the bottom of each size. 2 pockets on the front with cotton applique around the tops and at the neckline. Zips up at the back.
